We limit our group sizes for greater member control.

Brisk selectively builds its captive groups and intentionally limits the captive size to maintain professional intimacy, effective communication, and group fit. Currently, we cap our insurance groups around thirty companies to ensure that each member holds proper influence about group loss funds, investments, and other insurance decisions affecting their business. (There is some flexibility in this cap within the transition period of spinning off a new captive).

Unlike most insurance companies offering captive programs, our claims handlers are independent from the insurance company and therefore held to a higher standard of responsiveness and accountability. We work closely with our dedicated claims partners to investigate and negotiate claims, prioritizing timely response and quick resolution of all reported incidents. We also help members minimize risk exposure and support safety culture with safe-driver recruitment and training, annual on-site assessments, and Safety Summits.
